Events
As your decision moves through its lifecycle, PrioMind keeps a record of what happened and when. Events are the decision's audit trail — a chronological log of status changes and milestones.
What Gets Logged
PrioMind automatically creates an event whenever:
- A decision is created
- A decision's status changes (e.g., from drafting to assessing)
- A decision is paused or unpaused
- A decision is archived or unarchived
When triggering a status change, users can add a reason explaining why — context that helps the rest of the team (and your future self) understand the rationale behind each transition.
Event History
The event history is displayed at the bottom of each decision page. It shows all events in chronological order, including:
- The type of change
- Who triggered it
- When it happened
- Any reason provided
DOCUMENT YOUR REASONING
Taking 30 seconds to explain why you're moving a decision forward (or pausing it) pays dividends later. When you revisit a decision months down the line, those notes are invaluable context.
